I find it interesting, and also a bit sad and a depressing commentary on today's society, that your best (and most memorable) Quotes of the Day are from WWII-era leaders, the exception being Mike Ditka, but he's a throwback, anyway.
The cynicism and complacence of the populace and the self-serving traitorous behavior of the "leaders" we see everyday is going to lead us somewhere, is surely taking us somewhere, but I'm afraid that when we get there we're not going to like it any better.
