500+ Girls Rally Against Title IX Decision

Don't believe it? Read more here and here.

Parents of three (3) N.Y.C. girls (mis)used Title IX to get the soccer season changed. A huge majority of the girls wanted to keep the season where it was.

The NYCLU hailed the move as a victory in the battle for gender equality in sports; since it was announced, however, its critics have been far more outspoken than its proponents.

Players held hand-written signs that said things like “You’re part of the three, I’m part of the 1,600” and “If they can’t count, there’s a problem.”
